Ok...i got this info in an email, but haven't had the guts to actually call the number to see what happens...

for Tool Bags (guy's you are not interested in) to call and leave you a message.
They then play the message on the radio on Monday mornings.
So, when a guy is hitting on you while out clubbing and you are not interested you give him your phone number (LOSER LINE Number) for him to call you. He gets a standard message to leave a message.
